Higher Education Institutes in Flanders are vested with three fundamental roles: education, research, and societal service provision. At AMA, there is a strong belief in the transformative power of Erasmus+ mobility, recognizing its capacity to enhance individuals' professional, social, and intercultural skills, thereby contributing significantly to these three pillars. To meet the evolving demands of the educational landscape, AMA recognizes the necessity to continuously modernize its learning content and refine its organizational structure. Job shadowing, facilitated by the Erasmus+ program, stands as a pivotal instrument in introducing this modernization. Erasmus+ serves as a catalyst for initiating the international dimension of research endeavors. Within this program, valuable opportunities for research internships are presented, fostering an environment conducive to informal learning of research competencies. Additionally, AMA leverages Erasmus+ in fostering collaborations for the staff responsible for organizing courses tailored for professionals. This utilization of Erasmus+ aids in establishing meaningful partnerships and enhancing the quality of its services.
