Objectives

We implemented the project with several goals in mind. Firstly, we wanted to address the digital skills gap that exists in our modern world and equip young people with the skills they need to succeed in the digital age. Secondly, we wanted to promote healthy habits and encourage a balanced lifestyle, recognizing the importance of physical, mental, and emotional health. By combining these two topics, we aimed to create a comprehensive approach that would enhance and emphasize the qualities of each other. We also sought to promote non-formal education, intercultural exchange, tolerance, and solidarity, and raise awareness of European Citizenship and its benefits for society. The objectives of our project were multifaceted. Firstly, we wanted to address the digital skills gap that is becoming increasingly prevalent in our modern world. By improving digital competencies, we hoped to equip young people with the skills they need to succeed in the digital age, and ultimately improve their self-realization, communication, expression, and comfortability in this new world. Additionally, we wanted to promote healthy habits and encourage a balanced lifestyle, as we recognized the importance of physical, mental, and emotional health. By combining digital skills and healthy habits, we believed we could create a comprehensive approach that would enhance and emphasize the qualities of each other. We also wanted to promote non-formal education, intercultural exchange, tolerance, and solidarity. Our project was multinational in scope and aligned with the Erasmus + programme, which allowed us to share ideas and mobilize the skills and tools necessary to motivate young people in becoming more aware of their abilities to lead a healthy life and to become more skilled in the digital world as young citizens of Europe. In summary, our project had several objectives, including improving digital competencies, promoting healthy habits, encouraging non-formal education, and raising awareness of European Citizenship and its benefits for society.
