We wanted to carry on this project just on the topic of facilitation of groups because we think that developing Facilitation skills enhances the quality of Youth work and raise learning opportunities for youth as indirect beneficiaries. After the successful experience of the TC “Facilitators wanted”, granted by this NA (held in March 2019, Alicante, Spain) on Facilitation skills development, we realised how powerful was the impact of the tools and methods that participants had gained in the short-term and we decided we wanted to go further on this path. The objectives we wanted to achieve as Facilitators were to share with the participants tools and exercises from a non-formal education perspective, which would unlock feelings of insecurity about unexpected situations, promote values of acceptance of others, positive thinking and embrace a more creative way of working, both at school and on a professional level, with the young people with whom the youth workers work. In this TC we proposed also more specific sessions: Public speaking, creative and artistic tools, and a session where they designed and performed a workshop. The objectives were: 1. Define the complexity skills that a facilitator should have and create a space of exchange of facilitation practices, experiences, fears and reflections on the facilitator role; 2. Improve participants skills and competences on the different areas of facilitation (public speaking, feedback, creativity in designing, ...), with a focus on the “unknown area” of dealing with mistakes, facing unpredictable situations and fears; 3. Propose methods for improving relationship awareness, strenghtening the trust, preventing conflicts and discrimination (empathy and active listening) as key points of facilitator’s group management; 4. Enhance the practice of methods and tools during the TC and support it in the workshops in their local environment after the TC; 5. Strengthen participants and organisations capabilities in youth work with international dimension and cooperation; 6. Facilitate the creation of partnerships for further projects 7. Enhance NFE methods and the recognition of NFE learning
