Of great importance for the sustainable growth of Ikar-2020 association is the development of the digital skills and competencies of both teachers and students in the process of improving their entrepreneurial skills and their realization on the labor market. Ensuring equal access to education and giving equal opportunities for professional and personal development to people of different social status are main priorities in our work. The teacher qualification activities have increased the capacity of our organization in the field of inclusive education, in which we have little experience, but which is vital for our learners. In the conditions of a pandemic, the provision of the additional support for emotional recovery and the discovery of new opportunities for self-improvement helped the successful realization and socialization of the trainees. Eliminating stress and managing emotions leading to creating empathy and values in relationships and thus increasing learner motivation are goals we achieve by mastering and applying new techniques and concepts in our work.
