Through the implementation of the project activities, we aimed to increase the qualifications of our lecturers regarding the use of web-based tools for creating interactive content. This content was to support the process of teaching and assessing knowledge and skills in courses. It had to be easily accessible to the learners through specialized web-based platforms. The content created was to be cataloged for future use by the company in training courses.
"Obuchenie" EOOD is a company specializing in specialized training for adults in the field of information and communication technologies. The main target group are teachers teaching different subjects at school and kindergarten teachers. The diverse nature of the learners in the groups necessitates the holding of classes on Saturdays and Sundays, and it is often necessary to provide additional electronic materials for self-study during the week. By introducing new forms and methods in the training process, the company sought to change the attitudes of the target group towards more effective and optimized forms of training. The use of web-based tools by trainers to teach and evaluate learning content is one way to improve the effectiveness of the learning process. On the other hand, such tools provide an opportunity to conduct distance trainings as well.
