Our NGO faced serious problems in providing its services in different communities during the pandemic, as in it had to change its usual approach due to lack of language and digital competences, especially organizing online workload and activities, we see as a potential problem with knowing another EU working language, as well as working with Business English. Our trainers and volunteers faced many difficulties in using digital tools to deliver services. On the other hand, the organizational quality and creativity in our team were degraded due to negative consequences, the news, and constant emotional upset created by the pandemic slow mode. To achieve our goals, two mobilities were chosen, a short structured training course and an action to follow the work of other colleagues with more developed education services such as Finland.
