Through the implementation of the "Life Skills - Balance between parenthood and career" project, the following objectives were achieved: - Development of life skills and improvement of the professional competence of the teaching staff of AYPB. - Improving the quality of work and skills of trainers and those in the field of mental health and well-being; also to professionals who help parents acquire life and professional skills to achieve a balance between career and parenthood. - promotion of social dialogue for the development of new life skills - exchange of innovative practices, methods, tools, ideas and ways to put knowledge into practice.
The context of the project "Life skills - Balance between parenthood and career" is the development of social skills with a target group of working parents and experts, incl. participants with fewer opportunities, in a risk group. The project aims to help trainers and parents achieve a balance between work and family in order to increase their mental well-being and quality of life; experts to gain skills to support parents struggling to balance career and parenting responsibilities. AYPB is a non-governmental organization supporting professionals in the social, educational and health spheres, focused on training and in particular training for adults. We work on projects for the integration of adults, children and youth through courses, training and education, career development, counseling, social assistance, health care, education, etc. We offer expert assistance in the social sphere, education, healthcare, business, culture, sports, etc. Our training activities are directly related to realization as a successful path to social inclusion and personal development.
