Background

Vicho Grancharov Secondary School plans to take advantage of the Erasmus + program to support the professional development of teachers in order to improve the quality of teaching in real and online environment, to diversify teaching methods and to create a positive atmosphere in the classroom. The COVID-19 crisis has focused our attention on the importance of digital education and the digital transformation that our organization needs. As a result of the training, we expect the teacher to optimize his way of work and teaching in the classrooms by using new knowledge, ideas, various techniques and materials, provided by the organizers, to use the potential of digital technologies for teaching and learning and to develop digital skills. This will arouse the interest of all the students, increase the desire to learn and stimulate them to be active participants and interlocutors in activities, conversations and discussions - not only on various topics of the curriculum, but also on extracurricular activities and interests. As a result, this will increase the results of students and their successful integration in society.
