Objectives

With the implementation of this project, we wanted to achieve a better and modern qualification of teachers, which would correspond to the attitudes and characteristics of today's younger generation. We wanted to upgrade our traditional knowledge and teaching methods with new ones that would provoke children to become active participants in the educational process and arouse their interest in learning through new, attractive and modern methods and means. We wanted to learn new educational resources to incorporate into our daily work and to help us work remotely. Through the new, attractive resources, we as pedagogical specialists wanted to achieve a better assimilation of information by all children, including those with special educational needs, with learning difficulties, at risk, with pronounced gifts, to include them fully in the activities and life in group, to make the educational process interesting and attractive. Digitalization occupies a big place in everyone's life, so we aimed to include it in our daily work, to improve ourselves so that we can provoke children's interest and increase their success rate in the process of learning, upbringing and socialization, as well as in their school readiness.

Background

The context of the project is related to the finding and application of alternative tools, methods and means both to supplement and to replace the existing pedagogical situations, through which to avoid falling behind in the acquisition of competences, skills and abilities, important for the successful preparation of children for school education. The work from distance became a prerequisite to enrich and upgrade traditional and familiar work methods and led to the adaptation of learning practices to the new learning model. With the implementation of this project, we can increase the qualification and motivation of the teachers for their work in an electronic and distance work, which will ensure the maximum development of children's personal potential and opportunities for children's full social realization, development of their abilities in the process of education and distance learning. The kindergarten has an experience in the upbringing, education and socialization of children from 2 to 7 years old. There is a Personal Development Support Team that works with children with special educational needs, with learning difficulties, at risk, with outstanding gifts, with the aim of more fully integrating children into kindergarten.
