Participation in the project will enable teachers to learn from another European country. Summarizing one's own and others' experiences will help to develop methodological materials that are useful for preschool children and teachers. The project aims to: -Increasing the awareness and knowledge of teachers to work on topics related to teaching and learning based on practical and research activities. -Improvement of the curriculum, including learning about the world around and difficult to learn sciences in preschool age, using innovative teaching methods. -To create better awareness of the education system in Europe, to strengthen the role of the pre-primery school's teacher - integrating the experience of a European Union country on topics related to education. -To improve the foreign language skills of teachers, skills to work with information and communication technologies.
The project is based on the idea of increasing the engagement and providing support to teachers and children - representatives of local communities, the meaning and benefits of learning through experimentation. This fact makes the problem relevant for development in the pedagogical process in kindergarten. The chosen topic of the project is innovative, and the participation of the pedagogical team in the mobility and activities will contribute to their professional growth and skills to conduct various research activities in preschool age; to use innovative methods and approaches shared by colleagues in the partner organization. Currently, the education of children lacks practical exercises that give them valuable knowledge about the world around them. And the teacher is the one who leads the children to knowledge. Participation in the mobility will support the improvement of precisely these skills of teachers to organize a non-traditional environment in the learning process.
