The main goal is to confirm techniques and mechanisms for learning procedures for tolerant communication. Users learn to solve conflicts, manage them, know how to communicate, gain the trust of the parties to the conflict and look for ways to deal with them. Teachers to acquire new knowledge and skills for cooperation, proper communication in the classroom and the skills of a presenter. To be psychologically prepared to observe and analyze at several levels, to be able to guide the learning process in groups, to take into account individual differences and the rate of development of each participant in the learning process. The successful resolution of conflicts should lead to the development of students, to acquire competencies through which they will become active citizens and skillfully fit into society. By implementing the project, the participants discover and develop the most appropriate methods and ways to solve problems through dialogue and attitudes to seek help and support. To develop their practical skills related to the interaction with students and parents, to distribute responsibilities and duties for the protection of children's creativity and acquire skills in applying European tools to influence problem behavior.
Tolerance and empathy are important factors for the socialization and successful integration of the personality. The teachers working at PGAT "Tsanko Tserkovski" came to the conclusion that different conflict situations at school cannot be approached in the same way, applying only disciplinary punishments and expecting a positive result. The realized mobility will give its participants the opportunity to expand their horizons, help students to build relationships based on cooperation, mutual understanding and willingness to accept others with their views, habits, manners and peculiarities with respect, love and humanity. It will provide an opportunity to train educators to implement up-to-date working tools for tolerant communication, spotting disruptive actions, recognizing and dealing with aggression and applying school mediation for peaceful conflict resolution. The lack of well-trained personnel complicates the already difficult task of managing the risks associated with cyber security and other forms of aggression. Our school needs qualified staff to carry out successful communication and cooperation with partners from European countries in the field of education.
