Objectives

The globalization in particular is a major focus of the changes occurring in Bulgarian education, and it is our firm belief that our children will participate in this process and be competitive with their peers. By establishing communities of teachers to share experiences, the Erasmus+ initiative offers a chance to open up education. One of the main issues facing the adolescent generation is a lack of motivation to learn new things. The motivation and self-belief to develop new organizational structures, systems, and models are urgently needed in our schools. Both the teacher and the student drive to work to their maximum potential will be stimulated by a new knowledge and skill resource for the teacher. The project's name, "Joy in School," is an assertion of individuality, change, and innovation entwined with educational traditions. The project primary objectives were to improve the efficiency of the work process, develop fresh incentives for students to learn new things, foster a supportive learning atmosphere, raise the teaching staffmedia and digital literacy, and adopt innovative educational models.

Background

‘‘St. Kliment Ohridski’ Primary School overarching objective is to improve the quality and effectiveness of the educational process by emphasizing a person-centered approach and fostering each child's growth, creative talents, needs, and potential. The globalization of the world is a major factor in the changes in Bulgarian education, and it is our greatest desire and pure hope that our students will participate in this process and be competitive with their peers. Our school desperately needs fresh ideas, structure, motivation, and faith in its own capacity to come up with them. The teacher will be more motivated to work to their greatest capacity if they have access to new sources of information and abilities. Developing the knowledge and skills of education professionals in areas such as effective teaching methods, creativity, media literacy and digital implementation of new educational models is crucial to ensuring the quality of education. In order to organise an Eco classroom with a focus on natural processes and cutting-edge green technologies, positive teaching and the joy of learning, it is necessary to specifically enrich and enhance modern European school methods.
