The main goal of the project is: To study and introduce innovative digital pedagogical approaches for student participation in the educational process, by accepting, understanding and considering the differences and diversity of students and to stimulate creativity for sustainable development and environmental education. It is implemented and supported by the following specific project objectives: -encouraging innovation and spreading creative ideas and practices obtained through mobility and application in high school conditions, - increase the capacity of the participants to provoke changes, modernize and open the high school to international cooperation, - improvement of teachers' professional competences and career development through their continuing education, - exchange of good practices for promoting creativity, by presenting their pedagogical achievements, sharing positive professional experience, discussing current trends and applying innovative technologies and practices, - ability to include digital tools in the learning process, - improving the language competences of teachers, - improved intercultural competences and European dimension of vocational training
NTG built its internationalization strategy in accordance with the priorities, goals and standards laid down in the National Strategy for Lifelong Learning and the Bruges Communiqué on the strengthening of European cooperation in the field of vocational education and training. They outline two main directions: increasing the quality by developing the competences of the staff and new methods for training and developing international cooperation. Globalization, the ever-changing environment and rapid technological development increase the requirements for the quality of education and the professional training of teaching staff. In order for them to be competitive, adaptable and flexible in the new conditions, it is necessary to continuously increase their competences, develop modern innovative approaches, personal initiative, ability to make independent professional decisions. It is necessary for teachers to continuously improve themselves professionally, didactically, methodically and to know modern methods and approaches in relation to training and teaching. This project brings together digital technologies, creative practices and inclusive education to achieve optimal results
