According to this strategy, the vision of the kindergarten is related to the introduction of new, modern teaching methods and skills for successful communication.

Background

As an innovative kindergarten, our institution needs to apply modern teaching methods in the field of intercultural communication. The main priority of the kindergarten team is to offer adolescents for quality education and upbringing of all children in order to overcome unequal services. Tolerance, disintegration and acceptance of different ethnicities and cultures, as well as respect for human rights is the basis of our European affiliation. The growing number of children with maladapted and socially unacceptable behavior, who reject traditional pedagogical influences, requires the teaching of teachers to learn new ways of teaching in line with European standards. The range of training courses offered by the Erasmus + program is an excellent opportunity for the whole team to overcome the barriers to the education and upbringing of children in early childhood, arising in the process of interaction.
