The main goal of the project was to increase the quality of education. It was a complex of several sub-goals - digital and green transformation, internationalization and development of soft skills after the COVID crisis. Improving the digital skills of teachers was of particular importance in order become more confident, innovative and efficient in their work. Improving green skills was particularly important for active citizenship, effective environmental education, sustainable growth for a better future. In the context of the Green Deal and the New European Bauhaus, the school should make its green transition - green classroom - green hall - green school yard. Developing soft skills after the COVID crisis was extremely necessary for the emotional intelligence of the whole school community, for building trust, teamwork, etc. Internationalization was a top priority as it brought added value to all activities, unlocked new opportunities for partnerships and adequate measurability of achievements.
"Otets Paisiy" Primary School was founded 70 years ago in the city of Varna. In recent years,the scope and inclusion of Roma children from the district has been a priority in the workplace.In the 2022/23 academic year , 22 children (5 and 6 years old) and more than 120 students from 1st to 7th grade are being taught.In this segregated area,the school turns out to be the center of social life and public expression of the children from the community,as well as the only place with access to books,computers,the Internet.The school employs 15 pedagogical specialists and nearly 50%- young , motivated but without enough experience.The qualification activity at school is very effective (annual surveys are conducted on needs, as well as satisfaction with past activities).The main goal of the project is to continue to develop and motivate teachers as part of the overall strategy of the institution.The upcoming construction of a STEM environment also requires a new look at the overall vision of methods, approaches and forms of learning.The school team was able to develop the skills of the specialists, which in the long term will increase the motivation and results of the students.In addition,thethere was a smoother recovery after the COVID
