Our teachers took part in a training course, together with their colleagues from other EU countries which facilitated not only the exchange of good practices and finding new strategic partners but also to better understand other European cutures. The mobility also improved their English language communication skills.Taking part in the training gave the teachers a chance to communicate actively with their strategic partners on various topics, discuss the actual project mobilities, and even write an Erasmus+ projrect. The experience and the results from the training course were presented to the school staff and representatives of other schools in working meetings. The training was a good example and encouraged other teachers to take activelly part in Erasmus+ projects, to use project work as a way to deepen students' skills with regards to intercultural specifics, working language and communication.
