With the implementation of this project, we wanted the teachers to gain experience in the use of new teaching methods and approaches and to become familiar with the latest European development trends and practices in education. In the kindergarten, some of the teachers were newly appointed and they needed additional qualification. Teachers are interested in new techniques, methods and skills to improve the quality of education at the European level. The project enabled teachers using new innovative teaching methods to network with their colleagues from Europe. We wanted to increase the qualification of personnel in European cooperation and mobility. We have little experience with internationalization from previous Comenius and eTwinning projects, and we wanted to develop it and improve its quality. That is why the kindergarten increasingly relies on qualified staff and managers with international skills who, through the project, can: • Learn innovative methods through ICT and implement them in our educational practice. • Teachers to improve their qualifications and learn new innovative methods of teaching and working with new technologies. • We wanted to improve internationalization, develop it and increase its quality.
As "Janny Rodari" Kindergarten, our educational strategy is a modern and quality educational approach that follows innovations in education with our social values and achievements, by combining new methods and technologies. Our Kindergarten is guided by the European Commission's call to rethink education by introducing innovative teaching and learning methods in Kindergarten to renew the skills building activities needed for the 21st century. The knowledge, skills and experience gained from the mobility project to learn new learning approaches in educational practice will be effective in the future and development of our organization. The modern vision of developing the educational system requires it to be adequate to the development and changes in all spheres. The introduction of the modern concepts of "innovation" and "interactivity" necessitates the modernization of education, increasing the quality of teaching in accordance with the new realities that the Covid 19 pandemic has set. "Gianni Rodari" Kindergarten is clearly aware of the need for innovative teaching methods and the exchange of good practices with colleagues from other European countries, which was the main goal of our project.
