Objectives

Carrying out the planned activities in the project, we wanted to achieve: Quality of the educational process and practical applicability of students' knowledge, increasing students' motivation for active involvement in the learning process. Increasing students' results through participation in STEM projects - with the use of teamwork on STEM projects, interdisciplinary lessons, work on international projects with the aim of comparability of training and its results. Development of the competence approach and improvement of the key competences of teachers - it has been proven that it is one of the most successful ways of teaching STEM disciplines. Good qualifications and the use of new technologies lead to the expansion of the opportunities that teachers have to teach with the help of new technologies implemented in the learning process. We had the opportunity to borrow experience from colleagues from other European countries. To improve digital skills and increase media literacy - to achieve this goal, it is necessary for a greater proportion of teachers to be digitally prepared and to freely use new ICT applications and programs.

Background

With the implementation of "INNOVATIONS IN THE DIGITAL WORLD" 119SU will increase the quality of teaching and the success rate of its students. All planned mobilities that have been carried out were carried out in accordance with the program criteria. The purpose of the activities were to increase knowledge and bring benefits to the participants in them and for the school as a whole. Fulfilling the quality standards in the project, we included the maximum number of teachers and students with different profiles and respecting the requirement for diversity. The teachers and all participants have different qualifications - new teachers; low experienced teachers in project work and team working process; teachers with experience, but have not yet participated in European programs; teachers in need of supporting qualifications; colleagues with long experience, who with their experience and ideas will help to realize the ultimate goal. By participating in the project, the school continued to be part of the European Erasmus network schools and continues to develop and spread the European idea.
