Identifying the need to improve the quality of the educational process at SU "Yordan Yovkov", we wanted to • we use and integrate effectively up-to-date technologies and applications in school; • improve the effectiveness of teaching and learning, with the aim of acquiring competences in students who to help them to make decisions, to think critically, self-critically and constructively;• develop students' abilities and increase their motivation to learn through developmental activities specific knowledge, skills and competences; • students to acquire key competences - social, linguistic, digital; • increase the motivation of teachers to use pedagogical and technological innovations; • involve teachers in various forms of training to increase their professional qualifications; • we engage more teachers in projects; • we create professional lasting relationships with teachers and build school networks with schools from other countries, to exchange experience; modernize and internationalize the school. for teachers to acquire knowledge of teaching practical methods for everyday environmental protection and to learn modern methods of foreign language learning
SU "Yordan Yovkov" - Burgas applied for this project in order to develop, improve the quality of education, to sustainably apply good practices in training and education, to modernize and internationalize. The school has a need for communication and cooperation with colleagues from the lower union, more confident and motivated classroom teachers and contemporary and modern management and development. By participating in the project, teachers get to know good European practices, study and use new ICT in training, which they then apply in their work. Increase professional and language qualifications. We applied in order to acquire new knowledge and skills related to foreign language, environmental and STEAM training, with the aim of modernizing the educational process. The latter will lead to the improvement of the educational environment. We wanted to create lasting professional relationships with teachers from other European countries to build and participate in school networks with schools from other countries to collaborate and participate in common European projects.
