The goals that the project addressed were the following: 1. Improving the quality of teaching and building the capacity of teachers to apply digital technologies, innovative pedagogical approaches and STEM-based learning. 2. Increasing the educational results of students in English, through teacher training for applying attractive approaches, including in a digital or multicultural environment. 3. Creating conditions for a tolerant and accepting educational environment, by building skills of teachers for an individual pedagogical approach and an attitude of respect for differences and support. 4. Stimulating the professional realization of teachers and increasing their motivation to contribute, cooperation and exchange of good practices, by emphasizing project-based work and mobility.
44 "Neofit Bozveli" Secondary School is the oldest and largest school in the Poduyane region and unites children and youth from different backgrounds, carries risk, as well as with SOP. More than 750 children in different classes study in the school, and there are more than 50 pedagogical specialists. The school is aimed at building values in students such as tolerance, empathy, cooperation and support. In this regard, we actively strive to modernize both our material base and the views and appropriateness of the teachers. To meet the needs of students during their free time, they participate in various interest clubs. 44 Neofit Bozveli Secondary School strives to create a modern, dynamic, but also safe environment for teachers and students by integrating innovative methods and good practices in daily activities. The context of the project is connected precisely with the values and priorities of the school for modernization, response to the needs of students and their effective support.
