Through the implementation of the project the Bulgarian young people will have the opportunity to update and improve their knowledge and technical skills for operation and management of renewable energy systems, operation and repair of alternative equipment and energy management. This training in a real production environment will lead both to improved prospects for professional development and to increased self-confidence. In addition to training and practical tasks, the Bulgarian group will visit the Flamanville nuclear power plant, which operates a new generation of EPR reactors. At the end of the visits, each student will make a report and a comparative analysis of the various power generation systems. Our modern society must, by all possible means, promote the social inclusion and solidarity of young people, as well as activates their civic position for environmental protection. Young people need to realize how important it is to appreciate nature.
The project covers two countries - Vocational High School of Nuclear Energy "Igor Kurchatov" - Kozloduy and Polyvalent High School "Charles Tellier" - Conde-sur-Noir, Normandy - France The implementation of the project is necessary to renovate and update the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of the future specialists in the field of energy. The implementation of training practice in the host high school will help increase the level of professionalism of the project participants and will motivate them for a full and valuable educational process.
