Professional High School of Light Industry and Tourism, Kazanlak is a school that prepares students in the field of economy and tourism. It has a 57-year history ahd it has proven itself as a modern school, which is adapting to the constantly changing requirements for students in the field of tourism . As a school that strives to maintain its European image, working on Erasmus+ projects is very important for the acquisition of new methodologies and practices and their application in the educational process in order to meet the needs of business not only in Bulgarian, but also in Europa. There have been significant changes in Europa and in the world for the last two years, related to the development of tourism as an industry and the restaurant industry as an important part of it, because of the global Covid-19 pandemic. For this reason, we focused on the topic of healthy and dietary nutrition, in which interest is arousing worldwide because of the consequences caused by Covid-19 on human health. The healthy eating as a topic in the curricula is little presented in Bulgaria, and for this reason, sharing one's experience was very useful for us, both from a theoretical and practical point of view.
