Objectives

Main goal: Providing added value to the professional training offered at the school to students and acquiring professional competencies in a real working environment according to current European standards. With the implementation of the project, we wanted, through practice in a real working environment meeting European standards, our students: - to enrich their theoretical knowledge and practical skills that they acquired at school according to the programs of the Ministry of Education and Science; - to familiarize themselves with the leading European experience and modern achievements related to the work and service of modern agricultural and polygraphic equipment; - to acquire working habits and skills, such as accuracy, responsibility, adaptability, correctness, discipline, which they will subsequently bring to their future professional realization. - raising the image of the high school as an institution offering quality professional education Methodology used: In order to guarantee a high-quality implementation of the activities, the mobility is agreed in advance between us and the host organization. According to the applied programs, the practical training was carried out in real workin conditions.

Background

The specific needs that provoked the development of the project were related to the need to increase the level of practical training of our students. It is performed mainly in training workshops using physically and morally outdated equipment, which is a prerequisite for low quality training. Students receive good theoretical training, but their practical skills are insufficient. This requires additional training when they are appointed to work, in order to acquire the necessary skills to perform the activity for which they are employed. This fact prevents the full inclusion of young people who have completed vocational training education, in the labor process, makes them a risky rather than a profitable investment for the company. In order to be successful, they need to see, absorb and apply in the future the experience and achievements of developed European countries. This makes us ambitious to look for ways to increase the quality and attractiveness of professional education, one of which was the realization of this project. Mobility took place in Italy in July 2022, and it lasted 10 days. Target group - 24 students aged 16-18 years/12 studying in the "Printing" specialty and 12 in the "Agricultural Mechanization" specialty
