We have set the following goals for the implementation of the project: - to upgrade the key professional competences of teachers and students by holding seminars, workshops, courses on the territory of the European Union; - teachers to learn new teaching methods and tools through the exchange of good practices; - to study innovations in the field of eco-cars and their economic efficiency; - to upgrade the knowledge of teachers and students to new programs for 3-D computer modeling and printing in automotive development and design; - all participants to expand their language competences and communications in an international environment.
The continuous improvement of the professional qualification of the pedagogical team is set as the main need and goal of the high school. By applying new pedagogical practices, we will offer quality education, with the aim of mastering specific professional skills. The high school teaches children with special educational needs, from minority groups, with socio-cultural differences, and motivating them to commit to the learning process requires the use of diverse teaching approaches. In order to increase motivation and interest, we need adapted and updated programs and methodologies in the presentation of the educational material. The needs analysis also outlined the main areas for improvement to work on, namely: - increasing the quality of education and its effectiveness, by modernizing it through the use of digital tools; - creation of opportunities for professional and career development of all participants, improvement of foreign language competences, expansion of international professional cooperation; - motivating teachers and gradually implementing what has been learned in practice will ensure a more interesting, different and relaxed environment.
