After the pandemic years 2020 and 2021, the school sees a need to quickly adapt the offered education to the possibilities of the digital learning environment. The needs that PGZ "Stefan Tsanov" could satisfy with this project were related to the expansion of the digital possibilities of VET: Provision of practical training with ICT to students in a European environment. Increasing the professional capacity of teachers to work in a digitalized learning environment according to the European model. Objectives: 1 Upgrading of professional competences. 2 Improvement of foreign language competences. 3 Improvement of socialization and soft skills. 4 Inclusion to socio-cultural European values. 5 Adaptation of the learning process to a digitalized environment for teaching and learning according to the European model.
Innovative Vocational High School of Agriculture "Stefan Tsanov" - Knezha is an established educational center for the training of personnel in the field of agriculture, combining the best traditions of secondary vocational education with consideration of innovations in the industry and a regulated system of training quality. The training covers several professions and various specialties in the field of agricultural economics, plant protection and agrochemistry, specialized economic and transport equipment, ecology in agriculture, rural tourism, system programming. 462 students from the city and other settlements in the country study in the high school. The school employs 42 qualified general education and professional teachers. The educational and production practice of the students takes place in real production conditions, with its own equipment, including both the most popular energy resources in the country and modern high-tech machines for performing the main technological operations in the cultivation of agricultural crops. Relatively new for the school are the professions of Economist, Office Manager, Organizer of tourist and agency activity, System Programmer.
