In the context of globalization, the requirements for the quality of the educational process go beyond the national education systems' boundaries. Higher education institutions are becoming increasingly interconnected through their internationalization policies. The Erasmus+ program is a proven, effective tool for achieving the goals set by higher education institutions and gives them the opportunity to expand and strengthen their European experience. As part of the Erasmus+ program, today UE-Varna manages a network with over 300 inter-institutional agreements with HEs, both from EU member states and with countries outside the union. Along with the stable cooperation between the higher institutions, there is also a successful partnership with business organizations from the various program countries. The inclusion of a significant number of participants in the "Erasmus+" program, namely students, academic and administrative staff, supports our aim - successful integration of the University of Economics-Varna, as well as strengthening the recognition of the institution in the European and international educational and scientific community.
