With the implementation of the project under call 2021, the University of Agribusiness and Rural Development wanted to achieve the following main goals and results: For student mobility the main objectives were students to get acquainted with the practical issues and novelties in their field of study, to overcome the language barrier and improving their language skills at a professional level, to get more experience with university-company linkages. In general, they are expected to acquire knowledge, skills and competences in a European environment, to be more socially engaged, take part in various public events, public discussions on social topics, volunteer work and consultations by university staff and/or students, etc. For staff mobility: - A higher share of staff mobility activities dedicated to training in pedagogical and curriculum design skills; - Improvement of teaching techniques and use of innovative approaches to represent the teaching content; - Participation in courses, seminars, intern. weeks to enhance work efficiency; - Maintaining a constant flow of information about the latest developments in the scientific area with colleagues from partner institutions, use of results and good practices that assure quality.
