Activities under the "Erasmus+" program are closely related to the internationalization policy of Trakia University (TrU) and actively contribute to the realization of the set goals. Modernization through internationalization and digitalization is one of the leading priorities in the overall strategy of TrU.The main goals set by the Trakia University for the implementation of the project activities are closely related to the achievement of European priorities in the field of higher education: stimulating and supporting the participation of students in the forms of individual mobility;categorical recognition of periods of student mobility and acquired credits through ECTS;developing digital skills and key competences for and through lifelong learning;stimulating and supporting the participation of teachers and experts in mobility as a form of professional and individual qualification and an opportunity for academic development;providing equal access to high-quality education, regardless of the socio-economic background and status of the participants;equality in participation in mobilities regardless of gender, nationality, religion,etc.;achieving not only educational goals, but also strengthening the European identity and culture.
