Objectives

The planned activities for the exchange "Green Dream!" Were implemented from 20.05.2022 to 29.05.2022 in the town of Pazardzhik. All participants successfully arrived and actively participated in all planned activities under the program. Within ten days of exchange, 45 participants took an active part in various informal activities and through them learned new skills, knowledge and competencies, learned more about different environmental issues, as well as different attitudes in European countries on major environmental issues, such as recycling or the search for alternative energy sources. We all exchanged knowledge about the main institutions and responsibilities in society, about the types of waste. The participants not only participated in the discussion and workshops, they were the main actors and active leaders in various classes and workshops. They improved their creative skills and together created new art through creative recycling techniques In addition to environmental workshops and creative recycling activities, participants learned more about the types of waste and gained basic skills in turning plastic bottles into works of art. At the end of the project, participants gained knowledge on how to connect ecology, creativity and recycling and showed the local community their works by making an exhibition and exchanging their works for fruits and vegetables from the local market. The main idea of this local project gave a chance to the young people - participants, more information on various environmental issues, increased their interest in various environmental issues and at the same time to take part in creative activities. In particular, we implemented activities where participants from different countries expressed their views on issues related to ecology and environmental issues. In this exchange, participants learned more about recycling, nature conservation, ecology, waste types and treatment methods, and most importantly inspired some of them to develop professionally in this field. The youth exchange included partner organizations from Bulgaria, Italy, Spain, France, Portugal, Turkey, Romania, Poland and Croatia. The techniques and methods we used were interactive, provoking the participants' thinking, making them think about things and the opportunities they have. We included various games to maintain the dynamics of the group - energizers, games that involved participants to experience the exchange. Visual materials, presentation, printed support materials, role-playing games, simulations, case solving, interactive presentation of solutions, question-and-answer sessions, work in small groups and in the large group, interactive presentation of various possibilities for finding the intersections of their interests and desire for change, realization of these ideas. Visualization of concepts and processes; Watching training videos and using multimedia systems. Methods and techniques were fully consistent with the group and group dynamics. All participants arrived with AKP tests on the situation - Kovid19. This was discussed with the partners and undertaken to avoid transmission of infection and virus between the participants themselves. We worked in small groups in different rooms and everyone successfully participated in the joint work. We had provided protective masks - helmets, disinfectants, gloves, first aid kit. The temperature of the participants was measured daily, monitoring the health of all. In the process of implementation, the state took measures to close restaurants and bars and to terminate events, but we successfully implemented all and in the current situation we continued to eat on schedule without causing additional logistical difficulties and concerns of participants, organizations and accommodation and nutrition. We achieved the set goals and fulfilled all the set tasks. Although with several delays in the implementation of the exchange, we finally managed to complete it with quality and success.
