With this project we aimed: • To help participants find their vocation in life and the right professions for them. • To make youngsters able to find their way to the best professional opportunities for them and not to be constricted to those in their home town, but also to seek outsourcing jobs in various international platforms that we will present to them. • Participants to develop all their profiles in social networks and especially the professional ones, such as LinkedIn, Behance so as to make the best impression on recruitment specialists. • Young people to learn how to prepare CVs and cover letters for each specific announced position, as well as a professional portfolio. • Youngsters to acquire stress management skills and body language so that they can look as confident as possible at every job interview. • To acquire good negotiation skills in order to be able to negotiate the most favorable conditions for them. • Local employment offices and career centers to improve their means of reaching young people and to become more open to them.
