Through this initiative we aimed to meet our needs and those of our peers from the participating countries such as: • Learn to identify stressors in our daily lives. • Find creative ways to avoid and limit them. • Recognize the signs of stress in our own body and create techniques to control them, as well as consciously control our body language at important times. • Build useful habits for responding to stressful situations and public speaking techniques. • Skillfully organize and manage our time and set high but realistic goals. • Put on the public agenda the problem of the adverse effects of stress on young people in cooperation with a number of institutions such as schools, youth centers, universities, employment offices and centers for personal development and vocational training. • Improve the conditions for providing adequate psychological support and a clearer understanding of the needs of young people by those working in those institutions.
