Our institution is a public secondary school with an enrollment of 450 students and a faculty of 50 teachers. The primary language of instruction is Greek, while French and English are taught twice and thrice a week, respectively. The school's curriculum includes Greek literature and history, mathematics, natural sciences (physics, chemistry, and biology), foreign languages, information technology, design and technology, music, religious studies, home economics, and physical education. As an environmentally conscious institution, we are committed to several projects that promote sustainability and energy conservation, which have been running for several years. A significant number of students are involved in various subjects, and significant progress has been made in these endeavors. We recycle paper, plastic, aluminum, and tin, and our students bring used cooking oil from their homes once a week. We sell this oil and use the proceeds to heat our school.
