Our primary goal was to collaborate and adopt new assessment strategies to better manage the peculiarities observed and developed in the school unit. Priorities of this plan were the creation of a positive and cooperative climate, the use of new teaching methods, elements that would lead to a better organization of the class and our school in general. The creation of a positive climate, the establishment of boundaries in the classroom using the new teaching methods, the use of didactic scenarios, the application of new methods that the participants would be able to use, which would form the basis of a new philosophy of activities that would integrate our school into his daily life. Creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration are also key design priorities which we have incorporated into teaching. Our aim was for the participating teachers to form the basis for the groups we created in the future, with the aim of making the most of the results of the training they received. These groups will be responsible for implementing proposals for the reforms we plan to make.
Our school is a small Regional Primary School outside the city. All the teachers who serve in it are particularly aware of issues related to the use of new methods and tools in the classroom and for this purpose they participate whenever they are given the opportunity in educational activities. The collaborations through the etwinning and Erasmus + programs that we have been participating in for years as educators, but also as an organization in the last 2 years, give us such possibilities. Our main goal is to bring our school closer to new methods of Teaching and Organization, to introduce the use of new tools, in order to promote cooperation and creativity that will bring about the overall improvement in our organization. Always focusing on our students, we carry out actions whenever we are given the opportunity, either during the lessons or by organizing conferences, lectures, workshops, involving the community as well.
