The participation of Theological School of the Church of Cyprus to 2021 Erasmus+ aimed to establish an exchange program foundation, developing expertise and procedures to successfully implement the program, leveraging the opportunities it presents for both students and staff. This involvement allowed participants to be exposed to ideas and experiences from potentially older and more established institutions. Focused on outgoing/incoming student, academic, and administrative mobilities, the goal was to provide international experiences, enrich cultural influences, and foster 'internationalization at home.' The primary goal of outgoing student mobilities was to provide students with an international experience, allowing them to enrich their cultural influences and encounter the differences in studying or training at other institutions abroad. Administrative staff, during outgoing or incoming mobility, gained insights from peers. Overall, the project sought to expose participants to diverse experiences, promoting cross-cultural understanding and collaboration.
