The Erasmus+ project at CUT, emphasizing inclusive mobility and digital transformation, has achieved commendable success. Key achievements include a robust inclusion strategy, investments in virtual and blended mobilities, the development of a pedagogical framework for effective blended learning, and a substantial impact through digital transformation. Active participation in the European Universities Initiative, specifically under the European University of Technology Alliance, has increased visibility and further solidified the project's success. Notably, 109 mobilities were reported, comprising 71 for student studies, 15 for traineeships, 26 for staff training, and 12 for staff teaching. It's worth highlighting the significant participation of individuals with fewer opportunities and the promotion of short-term blended mobilities, envisioned to pave the way for more extensive long-term physical mobilities for studies.
