The Open University of Cyprus (OUC) is a public University specialised in open & distance education. The KA131-2021 Erasmus+ OUC Project aimed at: • Contributing to OUC’s internationalisation goals. • Based on Erasmus+ IIAs with HEIs (distance teaching and on-campus), to support the development of internationally oriented teaching & learning, boost collaborative research and knowledge transfer, and facilitate student & staff exchanges. • Maintaining a steady flow of outgoing Erasmus+ students. The majority of OUC students are non-traditional HEI students, mature adults, working people or people with families, thus considered “under-represented” in mobility programs. • Maintaining sound cooperation with partner HEIs, and high satisfaction levels & quality in all mobility activities, building on the experiences gained during our participation in Erasmus+ over the years. • Financing mobilities in numerous countries, not only Greece that is the 'easy solution' for many students & staff given the same language and culture. • Absorb the awarded budget. • Digitalisation, and sharing of best practices & peer learning among our staff.
