By participating in the Programme, the University of Nicosia had the following objectives, to: 1) establish a high level of awareness for the student body and staff members regarding the Erasmus+ Programme, Mobility of Individuals. 2) present to students and staff the mobility benefits 3)increase the numbers of mobility as compared to the previous years 4)contribute to the quality and relevance of education and training by providing opportunities for students, teachers, and staff to gain international experience, knowledge, and skills. 5)foster International Collaboration by facilitating collaboration between educational HEIs across different countries, encouraging cooperation, and promoting mutual understanding 6)promote Cultural Exchange by encouraging students and staff to study or work abroad, the programme promotes intercultural dialogue, diversity, and tolerance 7)support employability.UNIC Erasmus Office seeks to enhance the employability of participants by providing them with valuable international experience, language skills, and a broader perspective on different cultures and societies 8)help students and staff build a European Identity 9)improve language, communication and soft skill
