UCLan Cyprus goal is to promote and encourage internationalisation by offering access to high standards education to all, students and professionals in order to develop their potential. By implementing the Erasmus+ project KA131, the University aims to enhance the academic collaborations by establishing inter-institutional agreements with other partner Higher Education Institutions that are holders of the Erasmus+ and offer students, academics and professionals exchange opportunities that are highly beneficial for their personal and professional development. Students benefiting from Erasmus+ mobility could experience the life in a different culture, improve his/her communication skills in other languages, study in different educational environment or undertaking internships abroad, that may increase his/her employability opportunities. Academic and Professional staff participating into the programme, would have the opportunity to teach in a new academic environment with a different culture audience, to exchange with their peers a series of new pedagogic and digital learning and teaching methodology, benefit from a series of trainings that allow them to exchange good practices.
