The most important and main goal of Alexander College Erasmus Office for the implementation of the project was to support education, training, and youth. By implementing the project the main focus was to promote mobility meaning the increasing of the mobility among the students, administrative staff and faculty allowing them to study, train and gain work experience. We managed to encourage intercultural understanding, personal development and of course the acquisition of new skills. Secondly by implementing the project we managed to build new Networks and Partnerships with other institutions that have similar courses with us and also we had the opportunity to establish connections and build networks with individuals from different countries. We enhanced cooperation and partnerships with different educational institutions from different countries. Also by implementing the project we emphasized on Improving Quality and Innovation meaning that our aim was to enhance the quality and relevance of education and training systems. We tried to support the development of Innovative methods, curriculum design and pedagogical approaches ultimately benefiting learners and promoting lifelong learning.
