Participants are ones to be actively engaged in all phases of our project so we aim to have a big impact on them that motivates them to spread the competencies and increase our outcomes. The core topic of our project empowers youth to be more aware of career development matters and to get more satisfaction out of what they take as a career. Participants get more aware of themselves. This means that they get aware of which skills, knowledge, attitudes they have as an advantage and what their weaknesses are. They learn different professions; broaden their minds and get to know different career paths. Self-reflection and self-assessment give them the power to match their competencies with careers and identify professions that are most suitable for them. Participants get a clearer basis to build upon. They can create short-term and long-term career development strategies and follow them. Participants get career competencies and get to know soft & hard skills that are necessary to be successful. They are expected to raise their career-related issues and get answers to them. They will be elaborating on their issues with satisfaction/ happiness at work and discussing with like-minded people. We give them opportunities to find solutions to the problems they face. Participants get more active; learn the importance of youth clubs and create career development clubs by themselves. This empowers them to further foster their career development; improve the visibility and impact of our project and help local communities grow and get empowered in the frames of our project topic. Participants get added value of international mobility. They get traveling and co-working experience with people from different countries. They broaden their minds and get aware of career development situations in different countries. They learn the importance of equality and tolerance; they learn to respect other cultures and countries; they get to know new traditions/ habits and behaviors and shortly, they find themselves totally changed - with new opinions, new friends, new development opportunities, new memories, new mindset, and motivation. Especially participants with fewer opportunities get a life-changing experience. Most of them will get first chances to leave the country, meet diverse people, and feel happy among Erasmus + family. They will identify that similar career-related issues exist in different parts of the world and feel not alone. They will clarify their needs and find ways to solve problems; learn how to accept their current state and be optimistic to develop a proper career path. More opportunities for them will be open - they will know how to identify a mentor and get career advice in the future; how to do voluntary service and benefit from it; how to build a career and be happy with it. To address the above-mentioned problems we are formulating the following objectives: 1. To let participants get more information about professions and career paths that exist; 2. To figure out what the current stage of their career is and to elaborate their strength and weaknesses; 3. To create the right mindset that determines the right career choice and development path; 4. To find motivation on how to get satisfaction on short-term and long-term basis; 5. To raise awareness of the importance of non-formal and informal ways of learning to succeed in young people’s careers; 6. To break career-related stereotypes and to promote equal opportunities; 7. To see the added value of cultural diversity and to find new career development opportunities while respecting solidarity; 8. To create Career Development Clubs
