Objectives

By implementing the project, we aimed to help the participants to reconnect with Nature and at the same time to themselves, finding calm and clarity and reducing the stress and the anxiety that overwhelms us in the modern way of life. Moreover, we wanted to raise environmental awareness through our activities that were connected deeply with Nature and enabled them to realize that we are part of Nature and Nature is part of us. With this way, it’s easier to understand how important it is to protect the environment and also to create strategies to protect it. Furthermore, we aimed to develop skills for better understanding of themselves and others. Developing self-awareness is important because it allow us to access their growth and effectiveness and can give us power to positively influence others for change. In our effort to promote the above, this project involved special activities which gave the opportunity to the participants to collaborate and work with creativity on how to better learn themselves, how to become better and how self-improvement can contribute to interact more efficiently with other people and ideas. Moreover, the participants had the opportunity to express their opinions and feelings in front of others in a safe place and to contribute to better self-understanding and elimination of discrimination. Such activities developed the participants’ self-improvement skills, creativity and empathy. During the training, democratic communication also promoted through the sensitive issue of the need of awareness of HR and through the discussion about discrimination issues, group work and role-playing activities. The interaction, communication and cooperation between participants raised awareness of the levels of discrimination in different countries and discussions on how to prevent it. Finally, it promoted that through each one's self-improvement, people can develop freely and without-pressure ideas, which can lead to an innovative world. To sum up, “Reconnect with Nature protecting the Environment For Inner Health” emphasized on self-awareness, self-improvement, creativity and empathy. Through the training participants were encouraged to think clearly, to use their strengths to become better, to engage critical thinking working as a team and having a common vision and at the same time to respect each other's diversity. Through the interactive nature of workshops, they had the chance to activate their creativity and their emotional intelligence while having a fun time at the same time. The participants became fully aware of themselves and other human beings and learned how to stay connected to their real nature and how to clear their minds, relax their bodies, learn to live in the present moment and find solutions that work better for them and their mental health. Novelty it reduced discrimination and raised self-development and cooperation between youth in EU, by promoting relevant activities during this training and by training the participants that will train and educate young people in their countries, hoping that this project contributed even at a tiny level, in the participants’ further exertions. Anything worthwhile requires time and effort, results worth it.
