Our goal was to send 4 employees of our organization to a 5-day English language course in Malta to acquire the necessary language skills and improve their communication skills in English.
The RESTART PRO organization is a voluntary, non-profit, non-governmental association of persons created for the purpose of fulfilling common interests. The purpose of the association is the development of human resources - support for education, employment and employability, support for entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship. Based on a careful analysis, we have defined 3 areas that represent the core challenges of our RESTART PRO organization, in which we have deficiencies, and in which we want to develop further. Our organization has no previous experience with the Erasmus+ program or with the implementation of activities in an international environment, and we would like to change this situation. Without the implementation of the project, we are unable to implement these activities. We want to enrich our work with new methods, courses or approaches to our target group of adults that we would like to learn abroad. For this purpose, it is necessary to acquire or deepen the necessary language equipment for employees so that they can communicate properly in a foreign language and work in an international environment.
