Elanor Primary School is a small private school consisting of both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, with extended English lessons. It has about 60 pupils. The school also guarantees individual education in the wider region. Our curriculum focuses on values-based education for pupils, partnership and mutual respect, including the inclusion of disadvantaged pupils. The school's involvement in the region, respect for the environment and its protection are key. We implement "teaching in practice", where we connect the curriculum with everyday life around us, visiting different companies, workshops, scientists, public organizations, institutions. The priority is close cooperation with the family, joint contribution to the society in the city, awareness of European citizenship. We support children's natural desire to explore new things, we emphasize learning in context. We want learning to take place in real environments and in a natural way. From this profile derive the needs of our school, some of which we have been able to meet through this Erasmus project. We have been able to establish international cooperation, to increase the interest of our teachers and pupils in learning through Erasmus+ projects and to introduce new methods.
