We have set four main goals for the project: developing cooperation between our institution and institutions abroad, including regional companies. Gaining knowledge (cultural, linguistic, professional) that the school could introduce into the existing teaching and use in the implementation of other project activities and foreign cooperation. Acquisition and development of knowledge, skills and qualifications in vocational subjects and practice for participants and pupils of the school. Improvement of participants' communication skills in a foreign language as well as socio-cultural impact on participants.
The AGC a.s. High School is located in the North Bohemia, the North Bohemia region offers jobs in heavy industry. In recent years, the region has faced a shortage of skilled people. Some students prefer to get a better education in big cities or abroad. Therefore, we feel the need to raise the quality of the education we offer to a European level and increase the attractiveness of the school. The school management considers participation in international projects, internships and partnerships with other schools to be an important tool for integration and an effective educational process. That is why we decided to implement the Erasmus+ project.
