Internationalization is one of the five fundamental pillars of the strategic development of Tomas Bata University (UTB). Involvement in the Erasmus+ KA131 project is an essential factor for the fulfilment of several sub-goals in this area, namely the support of student mobility for a study stay/work placement abroad, maximum simplification of the recognition process of results from mobility, support of short-term mobility of students coming from abroad and support of academic and other of UTB employees during foreign mobility for a teaching stay/training. Involvement in the project in a new program phase and introducing a unified system for concluding and recording inter-institutional contracts (via EWP) was a reason to reevaluate existing contracts. It allowed to develop further, consolidate existing long-term cooperation, and provide possibilities for establishing new partnerships. The project's main objective was to support the mobility of students and employees and thus provide them with the opportunity to gain a unique experience abroad.
