The promotion of development of international environment at Jan Evangelista Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem (hereinafter referred to as UJEP) is one of the basic missions of the University and is part of all strategic documents in the field of internationalisation. Foreign mobility is one of the most important tools of internationalisation, and therefore, it is the intention of UJEP to engage in various mobility projects. The aim of the project was to send UJEP students and staff on foreign study stays, placements, teaching stays and training. A total of 182 mobilities were planned within the project, including 105 student mobilities (77 study stays, 28 placements) and 77 staff mobilities (47 teaching stays, 30 training). UJEP was granted a subsidy of EUR 287 270.30 for the implementation and organisation of these mobilities. The prerequisite for the implementation of all mobilities was compliance with all the principles of mobility in the Erasmus+ programme, including, for example, the organisation of transparent selection procedures ensuring equal access and non-discrimination, the implementation of mobilities on the basis of pre-agreed agreements, the provision of support to participants or recognition of the results.
