The aim of our project was to strengthen the international dimension of higher education at UCT Prague and to support the internationalization of our institution. We focused on developing global perspectives and competencies of our students and academic staff. The main intention was to provide students and teachers with opportunities to acquire and share knowledge and experience at the international level. * Another key goal was to create sustainable collaborations with universities in Europe. These partnerships led to the sharing of knowledge, experiences, and best practices. Thanks to the project, our university became part of European Higher Education Area. * The intention was also to promote a culture of openness and inclusivity, thus contributing to creating an environment that is welcoming to international students and academic staff. In the project, we strived to improve the language skills and intercultural competence of our academic community, which is essential for international cooperation and understanding. * Ultimately, we wanted our Erasmus project to contribute to strengthening the international position of UCT Prague and to make our university be perceived as an innovative, open, and internationally oriented institution.
