The implementation of this project was still partially affected by the Covid-19 pandemic with a gradually weakening tendency. At the same time, a new program period began, which brought significant innovations and a greater focus on inclusion, digitization and sustainability. This meant a double challenge for us – to deal not only with the gradual growth of mobilities, but also to implement the program's innovations together with the development of a methodology and adequate administrative support. Considering the benefits of Blended Intensive Programs and PhD short-term mobility, we aimed to launch these activities at the beginning of the project. To achieve this goal, we relied on partnerships we have within the Erasmus+ program, including our membership in 4EU+ Alliance. We also welcomed the possibility of using the so-called international mobility for the implementation of mobilities to Great Britain, with whose universities we have a long-term and successful cooperation. The emphasis on inclusion, digitization and sustainability allowed us to focus more on existing processes and start their more intensive implementation within our university.
