The aim of the project was to carry out a total of 23 mobilities - 16 student and 7 staff mobilities. At the same time, the aim was to enable students and staff to experience a stay abroad in order to could gain new knowledge, experience and skills, support their creative activities and development and also to enable them to improve their foreign language skills. Exchange programmes are also an opportunity to get to know the culture and social environment of the partner country up close and to build respect and tolerance towards others. Through Erasmus + projects, the University has the opportunity to strengthen international ties and cooperation, establish new contacts and participate in the creation of new projects. Language training for staff, also supported by this project, is significant in their personal development with deeper impacts within the University. Time spent at partner universities or on work placements abroad is a unique and non-transferable experience for students and a source of new knowledge that contributes to their personal growth. For academic and non-academic staff, mobility plays an important role in sharing good practice, knowledge transfer and experience with international colleagues.
