By implementing the project we wanted our participants to be much more aware about healthy diet and healthy lifestyle after taking part in this activity. Also, we wanted to encourage youth to be more sport active and to learn new skills and exercises that they will use in everyday life and share with their friends and families. We helped youth explore themselves better, their food habits, the way they live. In a non-formal learning environment our participants learned from each other sport and food realities in each participating country and helped each other to find solutions on how to make our communities healthier and happier. Thus, our main objectives were: - Explore healthy eating, nutrition, eating on a budget, food wasting, effects of food and sport on the body and unhealthy lifestyle and eating habits - Using non-formal learning methods, provide new skills and tools for participants to challenge the health and sport problems identified during the activity that are relevant in each of the participant countries - Explore types of mental health issues, self awareness and self-confidence of young people and promote mental health exercises like yoga and meditation and combat fashion and self-image problems - Complete a range of outdoor exercises, physical activities and warm up exercises and using dance and sport as a method to engage young people - Make a booklet that will include eating on budget plans, list of apps for healthy lifestyle, yoga and meditations techniques and other workshops
